The user agrees to provide accurate and complete information about their health status before each session. They are responsible for respecting appointments and canceling them at least 24 hours in advance. Any change in health status must be immediately communicated to our team. The user has the right to request detailed information about the methods used and to refuse any procedure.
Bounce Physio Pilates is committed to providing services in accordance with current professional standards, using safe equipment and validated methods. Our staff is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of medical data and to adapt programs to the specific needs of each client. We reserve the right to refuse service provision if the client's health status presents unforeseen risks.
Bounce Physio Pilates cannot be held responsible for any injuries or worsening of health conditions resulting from non-compliance with received recommendations or omission of relevant medical information by the user. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided in the respective session. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
Service fees are displayed on the site and may be modified with prior notice. Payment is made before each session, by bank card or cash. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be fully invoiced. In case of proven illness or emergency, we can reschedule the session at no additional cost.
