Our story
It all started in 2015, when Loredana Balint opened the first pilates studio in a small apartment in the city center. With just a few basic pieces of equipment and a deep passion for biomechanics, she managed to create a space where every student felt understood and individually guided.
In 2018, after the number of loyal clients exceeded 200, we moved the activity to a larger location, equipped with professional apparatus. Two years later, we launched the "Energy in Motion" program, which helped over 500 people regain their mobility and daily energy. Today, we are a team of 12 certified instructors and continue to innovate through online courses and recovery workshops.
